Africa202 - Malachite on Cuprite - Emke Mine, Onganja, Seeis, Windhoek District, Namibia

Sharp, partial octahedral crystal of cuprite to 3 cm. The surfaces are covered with malachite with small microcrystals of what appears to be cerussite. The malachite crystals are deep green, with a velvety appearance under magnification. From my personal collection. No damage. 4.8 x 3.5 x 2.7 cm.
