Interesting cluster on matrix from the 2008 find. The spessartine crystals are gemmy and has excellent color, although some of the faces are rough. These specimens were very expensive at Tucson in 2008; the find proved to be much larger than originally thought and I was able to purchase this at a very reasonable price. Despite the number of specimens now available, good matrix specimens remain uncommon. The spessartine crystals measure to 1.2 cm; total size is 1.9 x 1.3 x 1.1 cm.
