Europe059 - Native Silver - Ringnesgangen Mine, Flesberg, Buskerud, Norway

From the John Marshall collection, this is an excellent matrix specimen of native silver with minor acanthite from Norway. The Ringnesgangen Mine is a modern mine near the historic Kongsberg mines. Specimens of arborescent silver are relatively uncommon. John's handwritten specimen label is pasted on the reverse. Undamaged and fine. 8.1 x 5.5 x 3.7 cm.
