PA010 - Beryl var. Aquamarine with Albite and Muscovite - Chumar Bakhoor, Hunza Valley, Gilgit District, Gilgit-Baltistan (Northern Areas), Pakistan

An interesting grouping of blocky, light-blue aquamarine crystals to 3.9 x 3.1 cm. The aquas are doubly-terminated and the prism faces deeply striated, given them the appearance of parallel growth. For contrast, the crystals are sprinkled with small white albite crystals and some silver and light brown muscovite. 8.9 x 4.0 x 3.6 cm.
