Paki036 - Etched Aquamarine, Albite and Quartz - Shengus, Haramosh Mts., Skardu District, Baltistan, Northern Areas, Pakistan

An interesting specimen of etched, blue aquamarine. The aqua crystal is surrounded by sharp crystals of albite which show the original shape of the aquamarine. There is a subsequent growth of doubly-terminated quartz as shown in the last photo. 8.6 x 5.8 x 3.8 cm.
