USA133 - Cuprian Smithsonite - 79 Mine, Chilito, Hayden area, Banner District, Dripping Spring Mts, Gila Co., Arizona

This great large cabinet specimen features the typical dark apple-green botyroidal smithsonite for which the 79 Mine is famous. From the 1991 find, it features a thick layer of lustrous smithsonite with some scattered lighter areas. Overall, it is in great shape for such a large piece.
