PA002 - Beryl var. Aquamarine with Apatite and Cleavelandite - Nyet-Bruk, Braldu Valley, Skardu District, Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan (Northern Areas), Pakistan

Transparent, medium-blue doubly-terminated crystal of aquamarine measuring 6.2 x 2.0 cm. The flattened crystal has a slightly etched termination and is partially covered by creamy white cleavelandite. As seen in the photos, light violet crystals of fluorapatite measuring to 2 mm are nestled in the cleavelandite. The cleavelandite and apatite both fluoresce under LW UV. A superb combination specimens! 6.2 x 3.3 x 2.0 cm cm.
